After an initial check of your level of fitness, you can come along to the most suitable of our three levels of excursions. To improve your fitness, come on the weekend excursions and the weekday training at our headquarters.
Suitable for families and beginners, excursions are no greater than 10 km in length and no more than 150 m of ascent.
Level two excursions are between 10 and 20 km with ascents of between 150 and 650 meters.
Once accredited, come along to the level three excursions, with mountain climbing in excess of 650m of ascent.
